About Alexa Dow
In 2022, I earned my B.S. in Arts Management at Indiana University's O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, concentrating in the Music Industry. I currently hold the Ticketing, Sales, and House Manager position at the IU Jacobs School of Music. I oversee the Ticket Office at the Musical Arts Center, as well as facilitate all Front of House operations. Combined, there are a total of 60 staff members in my department. In addition to Events Operations, I have experience in marketing, PR, and artist hospitality. In previous roles, I worked closely with touring musicians and gained a holistic understanding of the dynamic nature of the music industry that can only come with a multi-faceted background. Including my first gig at Blaze Pizza when I was 16, I have held a management position at every job I've ever had. I take pride in my organizational skills, delegation strategies, problem-solving, and affability.
