As the client's advocate, being present for all meetings, reviews, and administrative group supervision held by the SA IOP Multi-disciplinary Treatment Team. Counseling groups for SA IOP must be co-facilitated. Help the IOP doctors and SA counselors with things like urinalysis, new client orientations, and faxing. Communication, etc. Second, facilitate individual and group sessions to help clients develop and articulate recovery objectives. During these sessions, I help clients establish recovery objectives and plans. In addition, I am providing the clients with the knowledge, abilities, community, and tools they need to succeed. Support clinicians at SA IOP as they respond to clients in times of acute mental, emotional, or physical distress by providing community-based crisis interventions. as a person who has received help for addiction or mental illness. Common issues in daily life will be discussed, as will strategies for dealing with them that clients have found useful. My goal is to tell my recovery narrative and show how I've taken charge of my own recovery by sharing my experiences, skills, strengths, support, and resources. Clients will gain hope, recognize their abilities, and learn to counteract negative self-talk through reading, watching, listening to, etc, from the lists provided. Help clients overcome job-related anxieties by examining applications and giving interview suggestions; advise them on making career decisions that play to their strengths. Experienced Certified Nursing Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry.
