I've earned a Bachelors in Science for Hospitality & Tourism with a concentration in Event Management with a supporting Associates Degree with a concentration in Business. With my gap in my school career I never stopped learning! I have worked for Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and am now at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort where I started as a Catering & Sales Administrator in 2017. This position included attending daily catering meetings, creating banquet event orders and diagrams, and planning intimate wedding and special event dinners in our 8 time Golden Spoon winning restaurant on property, Rusty's Bistro. In May of 2020 after the hotel's re-opening from the COVID-19 shut down I assisted in F&B Management for the resort. As normalcy started to reform I took on my current position as a Catering Sales Manager. I am not only anticipating the needs of guests throughout the hotel on a consistent basis, but anticipating the needs of the hotel's staff members and prospecting clients.
