Background

About Alexander Ascencio

I've worked closely with product teams over the years at Tesla to develop, test, and provide feedback for new products introduced to field teams. In addition to these product introductions, I have also acted as a field operations SME in supporting drafting internal user release notes and continually sharing bugs with product and engineering teams for quick resolution. Through all these product deployments, I have focused on introducing new features and tools to users. At Rivian, I had the opportunity to focus on testing products before release, debugging with engineering, and resolving ahead of deployment. Going into release, I aimed to provide release notes before deployment with instructional content to ensure users understand new and deprecated workflows as well as monitor reported bugs post-release to be reported weekly to senior leadership. In addition to release testing and training, I hosted product discovery sessions with users to drive product and roadmap development.
