About Alexander Batilo

I have over 7 years of leadership and professional work experience distributed between my time with the US Army Reserve and the Department of Justice. I am committed to helping others and ensuring work and developmental objectives are met. During my military service, I learned how to be a professional leader and effective decision maker. While deployed overseas, I led a team of seven service members, provided IT infrastructure for over 200 service members, and taught Security+ Certification classes. My other responsibilities were creating standard operating procedures, network troubleshooting, and operating and maintaining satellite communication systems. During my time with the Department of Justice, I started as an intern and made my way to be a supervisor. I took the initiative to pursue different roles which helped develop my team building, organization, and communication skills. I have collaborated on and led projects with individuals both inside and outside the organization to make sure organization goals were met. I currently lead 12 employees, supporting 12 different units within the organization. I have drafted SOPs and ensured organizational policies are followed.
