As part of my role as Quality Assurance & Systems Specialist, I am responsible for: • Development, implementation and training of QA related systems and processes • Coordination of the Internal/External ISO 9001 Audit Programme • Coordination of the Supplier Evaluation/Audit Programme • Providing support for Supplier/Haulier/Warehouse audits & assessments • Coordination of the Supplier/Vendor complaint programme • Management of the Document Management System • Change Control for QA systems • Coordination of Customer complaint response / actions • Management of Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) process for QA systems • Stock condition reviews • On-site customer/certification audit support • Facilitation of X-functional Quality Team • Gap analysis for new Quality Management System standards • Liaison with all departments on management systems, standards and tools • Supporting the Site Continuous Improvement programmes • Facilitation of the companies Six Sigma programme I have previous working experience in the following roles and industries: • Planner - Gestamp Tallent (Automotive) • Business Account Manager - Barclays Bank PLC (Financial) • Duty Manager - Everyone Active Middlesbrough Council (Sports & Leisure)
