Alexandros Bitsikas has expertise in the analysis of custom software applications in tasks involving the capturing and analysis of business requirements, development of functional specification documentation and use cases, data analysis and modelling, database design, technical writing, functional testing, and end user training. As a project manager he has experience in coordinating internal and external resources, tracking progress through a project plan ensuring the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects, while managing relationships with stakeholders and involved parties. His project experience has been in the areas of application development, process transformation, risk calculation, enterprise budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and cost modelling.
