About Alexander Blatzas

I'm a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Agile Delivery Lead with a background that bridges software development, people leadership, and operational efficiency. Over the past decade, I’ve evolved from coaching and operations roles into software delivery — leading teams, mentoring new talent, and driving continuous improvement. At Jetty Technologies, I’ve worn many hats: PEGA Developer, Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Team Leader. I support cross-functional squads, help onboard and grow apprentice developers, and foster an environment where collaboration, accountability, and delivery thrive. My passion lies in building high-performing teams and creating clarity amidst complexity. Whether it’s facilitating agile practices, managing stakeholder expectations, or enabling others to do their best work — I lead with empathy, structure, and intent. I'm seeking opportunities where I can bring lasting impact, empower teams, and continue growing as a servant leader.
