I've spent many years in the customer service field (internal & external). I pride myself on completing time sensitive jobs appropriately and accurately.I am just now starting my path to my passion. As of 1/10/2019 I have started my Systems Engineering classes gaining certifications in Network + and CCNA R&S. I have been interested in all aspects of computer tech since I was a teen and now have my chance to gain a supurb skill set.
