About Alexander Burt

I believe in the power of the individuality of people. It is my goal to be a proponent of equity in all I do in life and in business. As a leader, I seek to empower and inspire those whom I lead. The people who I have worked for who have gotten the best out of me and the rest of their staff are those who those who were there for us. These included supervisors who KNEW there were great ideas in their newest employees, and sought them out. These include leaders who set a precedent from the top by stressing inclusivity, individuality, and passion and exhibiting it themselves. These included my managers who knew "the customer is always right" doesn't mean "you can abuse our staff." People are my passion and I believe that businesses that value their people can achieve so much more than those who are contented with weekend warriors and desk jockeys. As I grow in my career and find more opportunities to shape the world around me, it is my intention to provide for the people I work with a standard of leadership that goes beyond setting schedules and appearing only to discipline. It is my intention to inspire.
