I have a proven 17 year track record in product management for technology organizations, uncovering unmet user needs. I have shipped software on the web, mobile apps (IOS/Android), to re-imagining banking on a v1 AI-driven voice assistant (Amazon Alexa “Authenticated” Voice Banking Skill). I have had the privilege to serve customers from diverse businesses such as video gaming, banking, payments, investment, education technology, cybersecurity, from large regulated organizations to dynamic start-ups. I build and manage high-performing teams in an agile software development environment (scrum) with my largest team consisting of 5 product owners, each with ten cross-discipline team members, including engineers and designers.
