About Alexander David Leech

I am an energetic individual whom is flexible, motivated and creative. Every problem I view as a challenge and will persevere until a solution is reached. On numerous occasions I have filled the role of team leader, successfully motivating those around me to deliver against deadlines on time and to exceptional quality. My passions lie within the field of process control and optimisation, utilising mathematical methods to determine the most economical operating conditions for a process to maximise profit per unit and ensure minimal environmental impact. Within my recent roles I have applied specific focus to automating the development process, and standardising software modules where practical. This has saved numerous hours in the project implementation lifecycle whilst additionally removing the introduction of errors from multiple points of manipultation.
