What they need is a common vision-and that's what leadership is."- Steve Jobs Accelerated by challenge, I am very self-motivated and I enjoy the opportunity to be working together with people, being a part of a team, collaborating on projects, and probably most of all, the intellectual challenge that comes with engineering. I take pride in having the opportunity to be a leader and develop people to try and maximize their potential. People management and continuous process improvement are very important drivers for me. Daily tasks include dealing mainly with managing and coordinating product flow in order to meet on-time deliveries, planning overtime work and continually looking for ways to reduce cost and/or improve quality of the business. I like to stress teamwork and communication as being the top factors to a successful business, especially one that runs 24/7. I am very outgoing and have good interpersonal and teamwork skills and abilities. I'm an avid outdoorsman; fishing, snowboarding, hiking, golfing, mountain biking to name a few, and am always open to new experiences.
