Background

About Alexander Dunki

I am a Product Management professional (A-CSPO, CSPO, SAFe PO/ PM) with more than 5 years of experience in working to solve customer challenges and pain points in both SaaS (ERP/CRMs and Analytics platforms) and, more recently, in IoT. My experience covers both in-market and “greenfield” products. In both situations, I have collaborated with the broader Product Management teams, customers, and subject matter experts to identify and define feature roadmaps and managed user story backlogs through to feature launch.Through my competition economics background, including six years of working across the UK aviation and healthcare sectors, I apply an evidence- and data-driven approach to problem-solving and Product-thinking. Adapting to each new situation, I have worked in many different settings, being a versatile member of on- and off-shore cross-functional teams, collaborating across many countries and time zones. I have deployed SAFe (scaled Agile), Kanban, and Scrum frameworks to deliver value to users. I am fluent in English, French, proficient in German, and currently learning Spanish.
