About Alexander Eigner

As a research assistant with over five years of experience at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, I am dedicated to researching and teaching sales psychology, B2B sales and integrated communication. My focus is on developing method-based sales training courses that use psychophysiological measurement methods such as FACS, GSR and HRV to analyse activation and stress levels as well as non-verbal behaviour. The aim is to make interactions in B2B sales more effective and emotionally intelligent. At the same time, as a sports coach, I support ambitious athletes in cycling, long-distance running, duathlon and triathlon. I create tailor-made training plans that take time resources into account and are based on stress and recovery measurements. My solution-focused and hypnosystemic approach as a psychological coach helps to unlock potential and achieve sustainable success in both sports and sales.
