About Alexander Eriksson

Life Sciences & Operations Consultant | 2x Powerlifting World Champion I help life sciences organizations bridge the gap between strategy and the production floor — driving sustainable, holistic impact across the value chain. By combining frontline experience with strategic insight, I partner with clients to deliver measurable performance improvements and build lasting operational capabilities. With 6+ years of global pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, I’ve supported: • Network Strategy & Contract Manufacturing: Benchmarking and strategic decision-making across global networks • Capital & Financial Excellence: Business case development and investment support for cost- and expansion initiatives …all the way to leading transformations across 15 production lines, improving performance where it matters most. As a two-time powerlifting world champion, I aim to role-model both physical and mental wellbeing. The lessons from elite sport. resilience, purpose-driven goal setting, and continuous improvement - shape how I lead, perform, and grow, both in my professional and personal life.
