About Alexander Fleischer

We are facing the need for three key transformations in business, society and communities: the digital, the sustainable and the demographic-societal challenges. In these fields, leaders need to increase literacy, enablement and inspiration within their organisations to gain the orientation and confidence that is needed to master the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities. This won't work without engaging and communicating effectively on all levels. I'm in my element in this kind of context. I am passionate about leadership and communications – amongst individuals, groups, and organisations with their stakeholders. In 2014 I published the book “Reputation and Perception”. Since then I boiled my insights down to most effective practical business solutions, that I could test and improve.
