About Alexander Frank

I am an experienced, international leadership and organizational development practitioner with a deep knowledge in working with leadership groups and teams or individuals through coaching. Over time my work has shifted from working on organizational development challenges to making an impact through individual leaders or leadership teams, as I’ve come to believe that change doesn’t need to start form the top, but without the top in organizations real change won’t happen. In the roles I held I have worked with leaders and decision makers across different cultures, languages and industries in Europe, the US and Asia on interesting challenges such as disruption through digitization or market shifts, merger integration or business and culture transformation. What drives me is working with interesting and challenging people on making a difference for themselves, their teams and their organizations.
