I later transitioned into field operations, supporting complex, fast-track projects across automotive, industrial, commercial, and government sectors. Working with self-performing general contractors has given me a deep understanding of sequencing, trade coordination, and hands-on construction processes across concrete, steel, and carpentry scopes. Currently, I serve as a Project Scheduler on the $1B Catawba Two Kings Casino Resort in Kings Mountain, NC, where my primary responsibility is facilitating Last Planner System sessions and ensuring the project stays aligned with the Primavera P6 Master Schedule. This includes leading in-depth planning and coordination discussions with trade partners to identify constraints, improve workflow reliability, and maintain alignment with key milestones across all phases.
