I’m a physiotherapist and team leader passionate about helping people live with dignity, mobility, and joy whether it’s in a hospital, aged care facility, or community setting. With over 12 years of hospital experience at The Medical City in the Philippines and 5+ years in aged care with Plena Healthcare in Australia, I’ve worked across diverse therapy programs from pain management and restorative therapy to dementia care and active aging, always focused on improving quality of life. What drives me is not just the science of physiotherapy, but the human connection behind it. I believe enthusiasm is contagious, and I strive to bring positivity and energy into every team, workplace, and resident interaction. As a leader, I support allied health teams across multiple sites in NSW, mentoring colleagues, fostering collaboration, and building a culture where people feel valued and motivated. I’m also a natural social coordinator, bringing people together through team events and engagement activities, because I know that strong connections create stronger outcomes. I’ve been humbled to be recognised with awards for my dedication and creativity in care, but what truly matters to me is simple: making someone’s day better, sparking joy in the community I serve, and leaving people feeling supported and seen.
