With more than twenty years of experience as a digital transformation expert, I’ve had the privilege of working across both the private and public sectors; advising CXOs, boards, and management on a wide array of technology and business strategies. In my current roles at BCG (Boston Consulting Group), I serve as a Managing Director and the BCG Platinion Nordic Lead, focusing on driving impactful digital change as part of our Tech and Digital Advantage team and practice. Prior to this, my career has been defined by leading large-scale tech transformations in various roles such as program lead, technical project lead, chief architect, and strategic advisor. My expertise spans IT strategy, eCommerce, emerging technologies, enterprise architecture, big data, analytics & AI, enterprise solutions, automation, and more. I bring a deep technical skill set in software development, solution architecture, and data and analytics, complemented by a robust understanding of business drivers, change management, benefits realization, and organizational behavior. I have collaborated with clients across diverse industries including banking and finance, insurance, airlines, energy, healthcare, defense, public sector, consumer products, industrial goods, telecom, tech, and software. This breadth of experience has allowed me to tackle a wide range of challenges related to IT carveouts, tech across M&A, AI, digital transformation journeys, and tech strategy. Before joining BCG, I was a partner at PwC and held positions at Accenture and other consulting firms. These roles have equipped me with a unique perspective and a rich toolkit for advising on and leading digital transformations that drive tangible business outcomes.
