I’m an IT Infrastructure Project Manager based in Sacramento, CA with over 4 years of experience leading nationwide office buildouts, relocations, and technology upgrades. I specialize in coordinating complex deployments involving ISP circuit provisioning, cabling, and network security — ensuring every site goes live on time and with the right support in place. Currently, I manage projects as a 3rd party MSP, for a national mortgage company, overseeing IT infrastructure delivery across 30+ states and coordinating closely with vendors, aggregators, and internal stakeholders. I’m skilled in Microsoft Visio for schematics, ConnectWise for project tracking, and a wide range of CRM and ERP platforms. I’m passionate about process improvement and documentation that scales. Whether I’m building out a new branch, decommissioning an old one, or standardizing templates for our team, I take pride in clear communication, dependable execution, and creating value through structure and follow-through.
