In my most recent role, I developed and maintained strategic planning tools to support QC growth, including headcount capacity models and onboarding frameworks for new assays and processes that contribute to lot release. I led Lean methodology initiatives within QC, facilitating change management, KPI tracking, and analyst training to build a culture of data-driven problem solving and operational excellence. My experience spans bioassay technology transfers, management of critical reagent programs, compliance with FDA/USP guidelines, analytical chemistry, and advanced therapy product development. I bring expertise in Lean laboratory operations, cGMP compliance, technology transfer, and KPI-driven performance management. With dual master’s degrees (M.S. in Data Science, MBA in Organizational Management) and a bachelor Degree in Biomedical Sciences, I bridge the gap between scientific innovation and operational strategy helping organizations scale, improve quality, and deliver life-changing therapies more efficiently.
