About Alexander Jonat

I am a senior communications consultant with profound experience in designing, developing and executing change communications, employee communications, employer branding, marketing relations, and organizing events. I’ve also worked extensively on communications strategy and HR-related communications topics in various international companies in the energy field. In my daily work I deal with the planning, creation and implementation of various communication campaigns as well as the control of several communication, graphics and event agencies. This enabled me to build a large network of agencies and service providers throughout my career. In all areas of my work, I focus significantly on motivating and connecting stakeholders, such as management, employees, and external partners. The extensive experience that I have gained in various areas of communication has all converged to better serve my current focus: overcoming the challenges that increasingly change poses for communicators as we strive for an agile and flexible model of work for communications teams. In my current role I am working as Senior Advisor Communications, being responsible for implementing organizational changes such as end-to-end processes and digital assets management guidelines.
