In my current role, I lead valuations of group holdings under HGB and IFRS, support M&A projects through due diligence and financial analysis, and represent BayernLB as authorised representative in shareholder and supervisory board meetings. I have also contributed to a distressed acquisition and played a key role in optimizing investment reporting processes for supervisory authorities. My background includes a Cooperative Education Program in Business Administration – Banking (B.A.), a rotation in Project Finance in New York, and early board-level exposure as investment manager for multiple portfolio companies. I am also a CFA Level I candidate.
