About Alexander Lettner
It has to be better - better for the people who work with it. That's the thought that drives me. That's why I studied business informatics and soon specialized in knowledge management and organizational development. Since then, these areas have been my constant friends - in a wide variety of projects and settings: from the organizational realignment of the portal of the Austrian Business Chambers wko.at, to the conceptual design of new customer loyalty programs at Stiegl, Austria's largest private brewery, to the development of a corporate innovation platform for the access system provider Skidata, in which 1500 employees worldwide can participate. In these projects, I was always the project leader, and with increasing experience, I was also responsible for the concept or was the initiator. It is always important to me to understand people's needs, to map them in practicable processes and to implement them successfully - in other words, to be unconventional in terms of ideas and concepts, but structured and strong in terms of implementation.
