Working as a Sr. Communications Coordinator at Your Project Marketing and Outreach (YPMO), Mr. Misner holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Arizona State University with a minor in Design Studies and a certificate in Public Administration & Public Management. In his current role, he focuses on providing Public Information & Outreach (PIO) services for municipal infrastructure improvement projects throughout both design and construction phases. His graphic design experience helps ensure the efficient dissemination of information regarding important work like water and sewer system maintenance, street improvement projects, and community engagement opportunities. He enjoys serving the public by helping to minimize disruptions caused by infrastructure projects for affected parties while ensuring these endeavors enhance community well-being. On a daily basis, Alex conducts outreach to residents and business owners across Arizona and exercises his design skills by creating construction fliers, project area maps, and educational materials. At Adworks, ASU's student-led ad agency, he served as an art director, contributing to the strategic planning, design, and presentation of ad campaigns within various teams. He is also passionate about architecture and urbanism as reflected in his personal creative pursuits.
