Over the past 20 years I’ve built my career in retail and travel retail, working across a wide spectrum of categories. From fashion and luxury goods to beauty, lifestyle, and FMCG. My journey started on the shop floor in Germany and has taken me to leadership roles in Asia, where I’ve managed everything from luxury boutiques to large-scale multi-brand portfolios. Today I lead Operations at MAP Fashion in Indonesia, covering 40+ international brands and over 450 stores. My role is about making sure brands are set up to succeed — whether that’s launching new markets, opening stores, improving processes, or helping teams deliver the best possible customer experience. Over the years I’ve worked with assortments as varied as apparel, footwear, watches and jewelry, perfumes & cosmetics, skincare, confectionery, toys, and food. The industries may differ, but what always matters most is people: building strong teams, creating clarity in complex environments, and ensuring strategies translate into real results on the shop floor. I’m known for being hands-on and pragmatic. I care about performance, but I care just as much about developing people and making the business sustainable for the long term.
