I’m a growth focused operator and advisor with 30 years of experience across digital innovation, software development, brand transformation, and organizational design. I’ve spent my career helping companies scale, strengthen their decision making, and connect strategy, marketing, creativity, and technology in ways that unlock real value. My background spans agency leadership, consulting, and technology organizations, with experience across industries such as restaurant and convenience, consumer electronics, retail, gaming, entertainment, and software development. I’ve had the opportunity to work with brands like Apple, Samsung, Tesla Motors, Netflix, and Disney, along with many others across a wide range of categories. I’ve also been directly involved in nine M&A cycles, leading integration planning, cultural alignment, brand strategy, and the operational structure needed to move organizations forward. Today I partner with founders, executives, and private equity teams through my advisory practice, supporting investment diligence, growth strategy, digital experience, and market leadership. I enjoy helping organizations navigate key inflection points and move confidently into their next chapter. I’ve been recognized with a DMN 40 Under 40 award and other industry acknowledgments, but what drives me most is the work itself and the people I get to support along the way. Outside of work, I’m an action sports junkie and lifelong sci fi fan. If I’m not building something or learning music, I’m usually in the ocean, on a mountain, or exploring something new with my sons. We tend to chase anything that feels a little challenging and a lot of fun.
