My role encompasses the management of day-to-day academy operations, communication strategies, and meticulous travel coordination for multiple teams, leveraging my core competencies in Concur and my unwavering attention to detail. At LA Galaxy, our team has streamlined player registration and scheduling processes, ensuring compliance with MLS NEXT protocols and optimizing operational efficiency. My adaptability and focus on clear communication have been instrumental in managing operational expenses and building strong relationships with players, families, and staff.
