For me the best part of working in technology is being able to find simple and modern solutions for real customer problems. Along the way I enjoy creating and optimizing the required processes for delivering the solution. In the last couple of years, I had the chance to gain invaluable knowledge in many fields- Product management Being in contact with key partners, working on the product roadmap, managing the development of application-based products, using agile methodologies- Production management Prototyping, working together with industrial designers, managing the development of hardware products, managing the manufacturing process- Business development Establishing B2B sales processes, market research and pricing, negotiating, drafting contracts with lawyers, setting up pilots, receiving calls through calendar booking, representing the company on exhibitions- Marketing Establishing B2B marketing processes, content creating/copywriting- Leadership and Teamwork Scaling a team from 5 to 20 people, leading cross-functional teams, establishing protocols, team development- Start up knowledge Strategic planning with the investors, fundraising, pitching, creating business models- Soft skills Problem solving, strategic thinking, presentation skills, communication, organizing skills.
