My experience spans financial services, retail, and agency life — giving me a broad view of how to lead high-performing media operations from strategy to execution. At Metro, I currently lead media planning, strategy, and execution, working across teams to deliver campaigns that are integrated, data-driven, and performance-focused. Before that, I spent several years at Desjardins, where I built the in-house performance media practice from scratch. That meant developing audience strategies, scaling campaign operations, and introducing automation and measurement frameworks — all while navigating a complex, highly regulated environment. I’m at my best when I’m building something — whether it’s a team, a strategy, or a system that helps marketing work better.
