About Alexander Pose

Recognized as a results-oriented achiever who is motivated by exposure to a wide variety of business areas, challenges and responsibilities throughout his +30 year career in the Industrial Minerals segment. Most of his career with Omya Switzerland (26 years), serving on the executive management team as VP Commercial for Region Americas (Cincinnati, OH Office) and before this as CEO for Omya Latin America (Brazil SP Office) while serving on several boards of other Omya companies throughout the regions. He left Omya in 2014 to join the management team of Reverte Minerals in Barcelona, Spain for 5 years. Alex was a member of the Young President Organization (YPO) where he connected to a global network of innovative leaders to exchange information and ideas. Educated at Adelphi University in New York with several collaborations at the Wharton School of Business in Pennsylvania, USA, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, proficiency in several languages and a demonstrated commitment to personal and professional growth. A passionate leader with a proven track record in developing and executing business strategies; developing staff capabilities; and managing business critical projects.
