About Alexander Proano

My long history and experience in sales will allow me to be an asset to any company. I have proven myself as an aggressive member of any sales team I have been part of by coming to work eager and ready for the work day. I have often found that my drive also motivates other members of the team to strive to match my success. My goal driven mentality, aggressive but friendly tactics, and focus on the sales mission has propelled me to the top of any sales team I have been part of. The following are just a few highlights of my accomplishments: 25 years ago, as a new route salesman, I won rookie of the year and helped my team with zone of the year. In 2012, I was the only sales representative with Nestle to score 100%+ on all categories, and our team won zone of the year. In 2013, as a newly promoted key account manager, my team once again won zone of the year which had never been done before. Currently and consecutively ranked within the top 5 sales personnel in Spectrum’s West Region These accomplishments highlight the type of initiative and leadership I bring to any sales team I am part of. Throughout my 25 years of sales experience I have found myself on the winning team year after year. It is in my estimation that this is a result of my goal driven mentality, work ethic, interpersonal skills, and pride in being the best
