Owner and operator at SpeciFit LLC. Our goal is to offer a specific and personalized wellness program in the most convenient way possible. We believe that the biggest barrier to health in our culture is convenience, so let us help you take down that barrier and live your best life. I'm an experienced Certified Personal Trainer (over eight years) with a demonstrated history of working with clients in Physical Therapy clinics, multiple brick and mortar gyms and now in their homes. I have an extensive background working with special populations as well (geriatric, pregnant, special needs and clients with chronic or acute injuries) which has allowed me to become more well-rounded as a trainer by teaching me new skills in both exercise programming and human connection. At SpeciFit we have recently introduced our online coaching format to allow us to help even more people! We offer nutrition coaching and exercise programming to clients who want to make healthy living a lifestyle but struggle due to schedule constraints or time barriers.
