My latest adventure has taken me to the vibrant city of San Francisco! Currently, I’m interning with BDO USA, where I am deepening my expertise in accountancy, immersing myself in a dynamic international work environment, and pushing my personal and professional growth to new heights. Before this, from January 2023 to December 2024, I worked as a student assistant at BDO GmbH, gaining hands-on experience in Audit and Public Accountancy. This role allowed me to develop essential skills and gain a deeper understanding of the field. Between April 2022 and March 2023, I took on an exciting challenge—helping a friend establish the charity organization FIRSTEP GmbH. As Personnel Manager and Head of Operations, I played a crucial role in shaping the organization. However, as my responsibilities grew, I made the difficult decision to step back and refocus on my studies. From February 2022 to February 2023, I worked at EASY FIT GmbH, where I supported gym members in their health journeys and managed various business operations, including handling new contracts and ensuring smooth day-to-day management. My experience in Marketing and Sales at LWT Luftwandtechnologie GmbH provided me with invaluable business insights, bridging the gap between my academic knowledge and real-world application. While at LWT GmbH, I successfully took over the responsibilities of an external web designer and Google marketing manager, maintaining high-quality output while reducing company costs by over 60%. Prior to that, from October 2019 to December 2021, I was a Junior Manager at Hans im Glück GmbH in Passau, overseeing a team of 40 to 50 employees. My responsibilities included shift planning, training new staff, revenue management, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations—an experience that significantly honed my leadership and organizational skills. Right after graduating high school, I embarked on a transformative journey by serving in the military for 11 months, from October 2018 to August 2019. This experience shaped my character profoundly and continues to influence my decisions to this day.
