About Alexander Rollings

Current co founder and director of Brad & Dills, a Specialty Coffee & Bagel business which has grown to 3 sites within Hertfordshire. My current focus and energy is growing this business further. Previously Head of growth for Specialty coffee company Perky Blenders. Taking the business to the next level (through a challenging pandemic). Left this role to pursue the launch of Brad & Dills. Helped set up Crater Global during the role of UK Director. Crater is a creative content agency based in London & Sydney. Spent 10 months developing the UK business for the parent company in Australia. In 2019 I exited my first business as Co Founder and CEO at Creative Debuts, a global platform for emerging artists. Spent 4 years growing the business from the ground up, gaining investment by The Office Group & Sir Lloyd Dorfman. Creative Debuts worked with thousands of emerging talent and had clients such as Amazon, Adidas, Wework, The Office Group, Spotify, Wimbledon as well as collaborating with Instagram on a UK exhibition. The business rapidly grew to a point where it could stand on its own two feet, allowing me to move on and explore other interests.
