About Alexander Rubin

I seek to build a strong network of connections in Bloomington and the surrounding areas within the industry and to strengthen the brand of One World as a whole. My goal is to recruit potential candidates and identify their strengths and interests which allows me to determine which of our brands would be an ideal fit. We are successful as a company when our employees are placed in positions where they have the highest chance of success and satisfaction with their job. Additionally, I provide educational opportunities for further professional development for our staff to present growth opportunities, build loyalty, and reduce turnover. I work closely with our marketing team as well at One World Enterprises to create new and innovative strategies to expand our networks through social media platforms. I work with student interns and groups from Indiana University and Ivy Tech to teach them about business, management, and leadership. For my business, Stir Coffee, I primarily build our network and maintain our accounts both locally and through our distributor. Piazza Produce based out of Indianapolis, IN helps our products reach consumers across multiple states throughout the Midwest while we still self-distribute to our local accounts in Bloomington. Our bottled ready-to-drink cold brew is one of the freshest coffee products on the market and has rapidly grown since the launch of our cold brew line in 2017. I created and maintain our website and work with student interns and groups at Indiana University to strengthen our brand and social media.
