Operations Director with a track record launching and scaling Tier 1 automotive greenfields and aerospace startups. I build production, logistics, and quality organizations that move fast, execute with discipline, and deliver measurable results including scrap reduction, higher OEE, and true quality accountability. My approach blends hands-on tactical engagement with system-level design: facility layout for rate and flow, rigorous MRP/ERP deployment and master data governance, and KPI architectures that turn data into action. I’ve also integrated AI and advanced analytics across operations for data analysis, optimizing administrative burdens, nonconformance analysis RVCAs, and accelerate decision-making- Organizational transformation and turnaround- Facility layout for rate, flow, and constraints management- MRP/ERP deployment, master data discipline, and SIOP integration- KPI design and actioning- AI in operations: line balance, RCCA, nonconforming material data analysis, work order optimization, etc- Quality systems and accountability (APQP/PPAP, layered process audits, SPC)- Logistics and materials: pull systems, supermarket design, dock-to-line, PFEPTypical outcomes: double‑digit OEE improvements, significant scrap and WIP reduction, more stable rate to plan, faster new line startups, and shorter issue-to-containment cycles now accelerated by AI-driven insights on the shop floor and in leadership routines.
