With over 15 years of experience in purchasing (procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management) and a total of over 25 years in the sports and bicycle industry, I combine in-depth industry expertise with international management experience. I have been responsible for purchasing volumes in the millions of euros, successfully negotiated deals, and developed category strategies for international e-commerce brand platforms (fahrrad.de, Brügelmann, Bikester, Probikeshop, bike-components.de). My expertise includes procurement strategy, SRM, supply chain transformation, KPI/ROI management, and digital transformation (ERP/WMS/PIM). As Director of Procurement & Supply Chain, my focus is on measurable results, from cost optimization and omnichannel replenishment (brick-and-mortar stores + online) to building and developing teams and partner networks. I am driven to lead the bicycle industry successfully into the future through sustainable strategies, strong brand partnerships, and innovative purchasing and supply chain models.
