I pride myself on my connections with the people I have served and worked with in the restaurant business over the past 15 years. The skills I have amassed in my time working in casual and fine dining environments has shown me time and time again that the services we provide to our community are not limited by the four walls of the establishment we work at. Putting our whole heart into an evening and providing a memorable experience does not have to be saved for the fine decor and elaborate furnishings of an upscale steakhouse. The care we put into our choice of words, demeanor, and precision clearly lay our intentions out for our guests. We can bring a memorable experience to all we encounter whether we are strutting up and down the bar in a local corporate eatery, or presenting a four course meal at a well established high end hot spot. I strive in all I do to make memories. Not just for me, but for all that I encounter. In this business we meet hundreds if not thousands of people each week. Each with their own needs, worries, fears and experiences. It is our job to welcome everyone into our home with open arms, show them we are listening, and give them exactly what they need. An evening with their children, a first date with a long lost crush, a first meal in a new state, an understanding smile and an ice cold beverage. A memory. I am proud to take part in the creation of such moments. We don't know everyone's story. But each day we can take a moment and help someone make one of their pages a little brighter.
