About Alexander Tiu

Alex is a 26 year veteran of the residential mortgage lending industry. The first half of his career was spent in retail sales that provided valuable perspective as he moved from pure sales to managing a whole business. In 1997, he was asked to join Southern California Funding and use his skills to provide a variety of loan programs to individuals and families. Alex is a very competitive individual who has been the top producing loan agent at his office several times over the course of his career. Clients have been very happy with his service, ethics, and for serving in the best interests of his clients. Alex has lived in California for over 30 years, and the father of two grown children. He, and his wife, Kennia, enjoy weekly family gatherings. He is also proud to support the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Alex enjoys working closely with his clients and developing strong relationships that lead to meaningful discussions about their financial challenges and life goals.
