Background

About Alexander Toth

Highly motivated leader. A self starter that always seeks solutions to any and all problems that may come up in any operation setting. I have worked the Alaskan salmon run during summer in Naknek, AK to follow up the seasonal gig with a ski instructor for Boeing employees through SKIBACS. Having taken my experiences and translated them into real time applications, I have been instrumental recently in the promotion and grooming of lower level management at my current company. I lead by example and always conduct my actions to reflect what I teach. I feel that in any situation coming from a place of understanding and gratitude often times allows me to appreciate what any given situation may present as a lesson to me during said dilemma.
