About Alexander Tran

As a forth-year student pursuing my bachelor's degree, I am always put into positions to showcase and develop my skills. While I continue to live and learn, I also always feel the need to improve and be better than the person I was yesterday. I am continually refining my skills to serve myself and my peers better, striving to pass my very own limits each day by learning something new. If you want something done innovatively and creatively, come to me; I always take the initiative to learn and develop new techniques that lead to internal and external success. When I am not on the grind with my studies, I spend my free time learning something new every day, whether it be about different programs, global trends, or activities that will benefit me in the future. My peers know me as a hardworking, organized, and charismatic leader, continually bringing out my team's brightest potential while accomplishing tasks in a timely and effective manner. I naturally assume a leadership role in many of the assignments that require me to co-operate with others; what has always made me an excellent leader is my ability to create a positive environment where people do not feel forced to be there, making them feel appreciated and growing their thoughts and ideas.
