About Alexander Trevis

I am all about IT. Family background. Hobbies. Education. It's been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.I left school thinking I would land a job in IT straight away. Unfortunately, life throws you curveballs and you have to roll with the punches. I took whatever job I could—warehouse work, forklift driving, retail. Whatever it took to pay the bills and support my family.Fortunately, I can say that things are better now and it's time to look to the future. It's time to start a career instead of a job and that means returning to my roots. In order to realize my dream of becoming a hardware technician, I'm making a lot of changes in my life. I'm brushing up on my tech skills through self-study—currently working through CompTia A+ Core 1+2 and learning to program in Python. I've always been an analytical thinker, so this sort of work suits me to a tee. It's hard work, but I know it will pay off in the end. Any hey, if I ever feel that I'm flagging, I can always boot up PC Building Simulator 2 for a poignant reminder of what I'm working towards.
