About Alexander Trumble

Alexander has been in contact with VoIP and Unified Communications solutions since he finished his Bachelor in 2012. He first gained experience working for a SEN/Unify partner where he designed VoIP and UCC solutions for small and medium sized companies. After that he was a Solutions Consultant for a manufacturer of Voice Recording and Quality Management solutions for all the major PBX systems including Microsoft Lync and Skype for Business. There his under-standing of the VoIP technology became even more detailed. There he also further broadened his understanding of designing customer specific solutions and presenting the results to the appropriate stake holders. Since September 2016 Alex’ focus has been on the entire Microsoft Office 365 suite and especially the products Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. It is during this time he specialized in the Design Phase of a project where he collected customer requirements and designed a solution that met those exact needs. Additionally he has guided customers as a trusted Advisor on their UC journey to the Microsoft Cloud. This included Workshops on the general strategy on how to implement a new UCC solution, trainings in the tools, best practice guidance and information on change management and user adoption
