I’m currently in my senior semester at Sinclair Community College and working as a Deskside Analyst II at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. I’m passionate about both my academic pursuits and my professional development, and I recently earned my Information Systems Security certificate from Sinclair. In my role, I support the critical infrastructure within research labs, providing essential IT support and technical consultations to both lab members and medical staff. Some of the projects I’ve worked on include credit card installs and kiosk support, helping to ensure the seamless operation of important clinical operations. With certifications like CompTIA A+ and Network+, I’ve developed a diverse set of IT skills. For example, I built a PowerShell script that streamlines remote tasks, such as applying updates, repairing Microsoft Office, and managing user permissions which improved efficiency and support quality. I’m eager to continue growing in my career, refining my technical skills, and making a positive impact at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Looking ahead, I’m excited to contribute even more to the success of the organization and advance my career in IT support and systems management.
