My leadership is built on a solid foundation of project management, operational excellence, and the ability to drive results in complex, high-stakes environments. In my current role as an instructor at SLB’s Middle East Training Center, I am responsible for shaping the technical expertise of future SLB engineers, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to thrive in the industry. This role allows me to leverage my deep technical experience while contributing to the growth and development of the next generation of leaders. As co-founder of Sber-Invest.kz, I am leading the development of innovative tax solutions for both individuals and professionals, focusing on the taxation of foreign stocks and crypto assets. I spearheaded the design of an online tax filing service in Kazakhstan and authored professional courses on foreign investment taxation, which have already benefited over 1,500 students and tax advisers.
