Background

About Alexandr Shapatava

I work at the intersection of transformation, operations, delivery, and product thinking. My background spans enterprise agile transformation, leadership, organizational improvement, and game development. I currently work in the Agile Transformation Office at TBC Bank, helping teams, leaders, and delivery structures improve how work flows, how decisions are made, and how organizations evolve in practice. Previously, I led a game development studio as CEO, working across strategy, portfolio direction, partnerships, organizational design, and delivery effectiveness. What connects these experiences is systems thinking. I am most effective in situations where performance problems are not caused by individuals, but by unclear structures, weak operating models, misaligned incentives, or poor workflow design. I enjoy diagnosing those issues and turning them into practical changes that improve alignment, execution, and ownership. My experience includes organizational transformation, operations design, delivery improvement, leadership support, product direction, and game production/design.I am especially interested in roles where strategy, operations, product, delivery, and organizational design overlap.
