About Alexandra Baldwin

The customer experience starts the moment they walk through the front door. How are we greeting them and connecting on a deeper level to then further share the mission of our brand? Asking them questions about who they are beyond our store’s environment is key to building relationships that keep them loyal and personally touched. Using my history of starting as an associate, to managing multiple stores in a company, I connect with my staff and grow them beyond quickly selling an item. Investing in your people will always turn out happy, hardworking, and flourishing team members. Teaching associates relevant product knowledge is foundational to an exceptional customer experience. My background in Fibers arts equips me well and fuels my interest in garment product knowledge. After graduating from Tyler School of Art with a BFA, I started my knitwear brand Eden Brand Knits. I design, hand knit, and manage every aspect of the brand with two employees who support me. I love sharing my passions for well fitted, beautifully tactile pieces with my clients and it perfectly coincides with my full time job. Being able to speak on why garments fit beautifully and how well certain textiles will stand the test of time encourage clients to trust you more. In my free time I enjoy creating clothes for myself and my loved ones as well as spending time with my dog! I travel, try new foods, and try to live life everyday.
